Laboratory of Movement Analysis and Interfaces Ergonomics with Asseco Business Solutions SA conducted a usability study of mobile application interface MobileTouch used by sales representatives. The research is part of long-term cooperation between the University of Lublin and Asseco Business Solutions SA.
The aim of the study was to investigate user interactions with the application and the real objects (the shelf with goods) during testing of goods presence on the shop shelf and ordering. During the study a mobile eye-tracker was used.
