Microsoft Azure Dev Tools for Teaching for the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Lublin University of Technology
(formerly Microsoft Imagine, formerly Microsoft DreamSpark Premium, formerly MSDN Academic Alliance)
Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (formerly known as Microsoft Imagine in Standard and Premium versions) is a subscription-based offer for schools and faculties with a scientific, technology, engineering and mathematical (STEM) curriculum. Provides teachers, lecturers, pupils and students with professional programming and design tools, software and services from Microsoft. Contains our latest cloud technologies and services that inspire and engage pupils and students. In addition, it provides teachers and lecturers with a diverse set of resources that will enable their classes to challenge students and engage them in new ways.
In addition to access to software previously available as part of Microsoft Imagine, students also receive free $ 100 for use on the Azure platform for 12 months.
Registration
To register it is required to (it’s best to use a private / incognito browser window):
- have an active e-mail account in pollub.pl domain
- on the https://my.visualstudio.com website you should create a private (as opposed to a work account with the same e-mail set up by the IT Center to log into Office 365, MS Teams) Microsoft account using the address from the domain @ pollub.pl or @ pollub.edu.pl
- at https://aka.ms/devtoolsforteaching you should pass the verification, after which we can use the Microsoft software.
ATTENTION: THE SYSTEM USER MAY NOT ENABLE THE ACCOUNT TO THIRD PARTIES.
Software download
People with a valid account in the system can download the software from the Azure portal available at https://aka.ms/devtoolsforteaching (Microsoft software).
