The Department of Computer Science hosted for a research internship Dr. Nurzada Amangeldy and her PhD student Nazira Tursynova from L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Astana, Kazakhstan), with which the Lublin University of Technology has a signed cooperation agreement.
On November 28, 2024, at the scientific seminar of the Department of Computer Science, the interns presented three papers:
- SignBridge project.
- Developing an NLP model capable of translating natural text into sign language glosses.
- Project: Scanning of Personal Protective Equipment.
