SIRCON 2025 International Conference of the “One Belt, One Road” Series – “Sustainable Green Economy, Regional Development, Education and Cultural Heritage”

The fourth conference in the “One Belt, One Road” series (SIRCON 2025) was held in Urgench, Uzbekistan, at October 6-8, 2025. The conference was titled “Sustainable Green Economy, Regional Development, Education, and Cultural Heritage” (https://neukongre.com.tr/en/sircon2025).

The conference was organized by Necmettin Erbakan University (Turkey) and Uzbek universities: Urgench State University, Alfraganus University, and Urgench State Pedagogical Institute.

The conference focused on various aspects of the Silk Road, both historically and contemporary. Over 130 papers were presented by over 200 participants.

At the invitation of the organizers, two members of the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Lublin University of Technology, participated in the conference: Prof. Dr. Marek Miłosz and Dr. Elżbieta Miłosz. Three papers were presented, promoting the research work of the Department of Computer Science:

  3. Akmal Akhatov, Rahim Kayumov, Marek Milosz. International Cooperation in 3D Digitization of Cultural Heritage Sites of The Great Silk Road (On the Example of Samarkand State University Named After Sharof Rashidov).
